3. Fresh Flower Arrangements

3.1 Quality Issues

If you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) with photos of the arrangement. We will:

  • Replace the arrangement with a fresh one of equal or greater value at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund if a replacement is not possible or desired
  • Offer store credit for future purchases

3.2 Design Differences

If your arrangement differs significantly from what was ordered due to our error, we will:

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but store credit may be offered at our discretion
